The Twins at PowderMill

Progress continues on construction at Castor and Cayuga. Slabs are being poured for most of the houses on Cayuga and framing is well on the way for several. A few even have topped off the second floors. Follow this link to see a slidshow of the entire PowderMill collection.

Twins at Powder Mill

We took a look at the construction progress today. Still a lot of earth moving equipment on site but footings have been laid for the houses along Cayuga Street (map) and concrete block has been distributed.

I had heard that the ground breaking was scheduled for the end of December.




Site preparation is well underway now with heavy equipment grading and survey steaks laying out property lines.
