There has been major work done on 4243-47 Frankford Avenue (Google map). Former use was industrial but it is impossible to see where this building is heading except that the large window on the second floor is interesting and would not work in a flop house. The owner is BERKLEY PROPERTY L L C, registered in Blue Bell, PA.
